Singing for the Brain can bring a wealth of benefits to participants. From expressing themselves through their favourite songs, to getting some gentle exercise through dance, it’s a great way to spend time. A good session can leave people feeling uplifted long after the final notes are played, and give people something to look forward to.

One in three of us born in the UK today will develop dementia in our lifetimes. Alzheimer’s Society vows to help end the devastation caused by dementia, but they need our help. That’s why I’m taking on for Alzheimer’s Society and would be so super grateful if you’d kindly support me by making a donation on my page: [fundraising page].

The countdown is on!

today I’ll be taking on . I’ve got lots of training ahead of me, but your donations will make all the hard work worth it. I’m doing this for Alzheimer’s Society, the UK’s leading dementia charity. If you’d like to sponsor me I’d be so incredibly grateful [fundraising page].

Make that final push for fundraising

Been meaning to donate to my fundraising page but not got round to it? Never fear, there’s still plenty of time! Pounds or pennies, it’ll all help me achieve my fundraising goal and ensure Alzheimer’s Society can be there for the thousands of people living with dementia in the UK. Thanking your donors

Thank you for kindly sponsoring me! By donating to Alzheimer’s Society you’ve done something truly amazing for people affected by dementia. I hugely appreciate your very kind support.
